Notes from the dealer
Pragmatic buyers seeking an SUV with a reputation for resilience and minimal unplanned expenses will appreciate the Bronco Sport's engineering and certification. Its certified status means comprehensive mechanical inspection and extended warranty coverage, suiting those who prioritize predictable maintenance schedules, robust component life, and high resale value in a compact utility vehicle.
Driving the Bronco Sport emphasizes efficiency and longevity, thanks to its 1.5L EcoBoost engine, which is recognized for dependable performance and a history of surpassing 150,000 miles with routine care. The 8-speed automatic transmission is engineered for smooth shifts and minimal long-term service needs, supporting lower ongoing maintenance costs and a strong ownership experience.
Safety is integral to the Bronco Sport's investment value, with features such as a rear camera, ABS brakes, traction control, electronic stability control, dual front and side impact airbags, knee airbag, and SYNC 3 911 Assist providing confidence and reducing potential repair costs after minor incidents. These systems contribute to peace of mind and long-term asset protection.
The Big Bend trim delivers features designed to enhance both comfort and practicality, including automatic temperature control, remote keyless entry, heated door mirrors, split folding rear seats, and a 12-speaker audio system. Ford Gold Certified benefits like transferable warranty, 172-point inspection, roadside assistance, and FordPass Rewards Points add further tangible ownership value.
Compared to compact SUV segment rivals like the Toyota RAV4 and Subaru Forester, the Bronco Sport offers a compelling combination of warranty coverage and certified reliability. While RAV4 and Forester are known for longevity, Fordâs certification program, transferable powertrain warranty, and high resale performance provide a distinct ownership advantage for buyers focused on long-term economics.
Oil changes are typically recommended every 7,500 miles under normal driving conditions, and the EcoBoost engine is engineered for fuel efficiencyâ"expecting approximately 25 mpg city and 28 mpg highway. Fordâs reputation for reliability is reinforced by the Gold Certified process, which includes a detailed history check and rigorous inspection. Warranty coverage includes 7 years/100,000 miles for the powertrain and 12 months/12,000 miles for comprehensive repairs after the new car warranty, with 24/7 roadside assistance for added security.
For a smart investment in a certified SUV with proven durability and low cost of ownership, contact Lynch Ford Chevrolet at 319-895-8500 or visit 410 Business 30 Sw Mt Vernon, IA 52314. Experience the Bronco Sportâs long-term value and comprehensive warranty support for your next ownership journey.

Awesome looking Suv
by NCVET on 1/14/2026 1:02:22 AM
My bing bend Bronco Sport is perfect for my daily commute. It gets compliments from other suv owners. They especially like the large display screen not typical found on other suv's in it's segment. Includes many safety features. Cargo room is perfect for the vehicles size. Overall the ride is awesome, great steering and breaking. Would definitely recommend others to take a look and a test drive. I was so impressed I purchased a badlands for the wife and a bog end for myself. - 5.0

Freakin' love this vehicle

Traded in a 22 F150 for a 23 Bad lands. I have 0 regrets. Power with the turbo 2.0 is impressive, highway mileage in the P N/W is in upper 20's to lower 30's, interior is adequate considering its size, wife loves it, ride and handling are sure footed, can nearly U turn on a 2 lane road. I will be upgrading the the factory highway tires for something more aggressive though. Kinda bouncy/ squirrelly when the snow starts getting deep. Couple or recalls, dealership was great about TCB. Mine was definitely a Wednesday vehicle. It's not just a vehicle, it's a life style!
