Last month, we introduced the first step in how we make vehicles available for our customers. This month we continue showing how we sell a lot of cars in a very different way by taking a look at our detail department.
The hands-on work starts as the vehicle is delivered to our dealership and we receive it off the transport truck. This is a neat process to watch if you have never seen it before. 
Our detail team checks the vehicle for scratches and dings potentially acquired during transport as well as any other defects and factory flaws.
Finally, our detail team performs a full cleaning detail on the vehicle.
The vehicle is now in pristine condition, ready to be parked on the lot (or sent with its new owner).
Once inventory is on the lot, it is ready to be put online and sold. Here is where our marketing team takes over. We will dive into our marketing team's responsibilities next month.
