This SUV enhances long-term value with a comprehensive suite of active safety features. Blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, and a rear camera work together to help prevent incidents, protecting not just passengers but your investment. Compared to competitors like the Chevrolet Blazer and Hyundai Santa Fe, the Edge offers a stronger reputation for durability and higher retained value over time. Maintenance costs remain predictable and low, while advanced features are often included standard, providing a better ownership experience and helping to minimize depreciation over five years.
Oil changes for this model are recommended every 7,500 miles under normal driving. Typical fuel economy is estimated at 21 mpg city and 28 mpg highway, delivering a solid balance of power and efficiency for its class. Fordâs reputation for SUV reliability remains strong, and the Edge includes a 3-year/36,000-mile basic warranty plus a 5-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty for added confidence.

Best Auto in My 64 Years of Owning cars

I love my edge! I bought this car in the end of 2018 and have owed it for over 6 years. NO repairs needed. I am so happy not to have had it tied up for repairs as I am a REALTOR and drive part of every day. The only thing I have had done have been service. Keeping up with oil changes is so necessary. Oh, and I did replace the tires once. - 5.0

Just sold it for $15500. Sure glad I don’t have to depend on KBB, NADA, etc. Every body needs to go to www.shoeboxbooksandpublishing.com and buy this book “Buying A New ( or Used) Car, 5 Things Dealers Don’t Want You To Know “!
