2024 Ford Edge Titanium
- Used
Notes from the dealer
This SUV is tailored for analytical buyers who scrutinize spec sheets and prioritize long-term value. Its one-owner, non-smoker history adds a layer of trustworthiness for those focused on vehicle condition and depreciation. In the Sw Mt Vernon, IA area, the all-wheel drive system and heated features translate into real comfort and safety advantages during Midwest winters, while the premium synthetic interior materials offer both durability and easy maintenance for daily family use or commuting.
Under the hood, the SUV features a 2.0L EcoBoost I4 GTDi DOHC Turbocharged engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. This powertrain delivers responsive acceleration and efficient cruising, making it a practical option for those seeking mid-size SUV performance without the fuel costs and higher maintenance often associated with larger engines. While power figures arenât stated, the turbocharged setup is known for offering a strong blend of power and efficiency, maximizing value per dollar spent at the pump and over the life of the vehicle.
Safety value is a major advantage, as this Edge Titanium comes standard with advanced systems like Blind Spot Monitoring, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keep Assist, and a Rear Camera. These technologies, which are often bundled in expensive option packages on rivals, are included here at no extra charge. Additional features like ABS, electronic stability control, and multiple airbags enhance peace of mind, providing robust protection in daily driving conditions.
The Equipment Group 300A ensures a premium experience, packing in 12 speakers, ActiveX-Trimmed Heated Sport Bucket Seats, a heated steering wheel, power driver and passenger seats, and rain-sensing wipers. The SYNC 4 system with 911 Assist and SiriusXM with 360L offers seamless connectivity and emergency communication, while the hands-free power liftgate and memory seat function enhance everyday convenience. Each feature is included as standard, eliminating the need for costly add-ons.
Compared to direct competitors like the Chevrolet Blazer and Nissan Murano, the Edge Titanium stands out by bundling luxury and safety features as standard, which are often extra-cost options on those models. While the Blazer may require an upgrade for heated seats or advanced driver assists, and the Murano charges more for a premium audio system, this SUV delivers those as baseline, maximizing return on investment and lowering the overall cost of ownership.
Buyers frequently ask whatâs included as standard equipment, and here the answer is robust: heated leather seats, advanced driver assists, AWD, and a premium sound system all come included. This trim level offers the best value, as most comfort and safety features are standard.

Best Auto in My 64 Years of Owning cars

I love my edge! I bought this car in the end of 2018 and have owed it for over 6 years. NO repairs needed. I am so happy not to have had it tied up for repairs as I am a REALTOR and drive part of every day. The only thing I have had done have been service. Keeping up with oil changes is so necessary. Oh, and I did replace the tires once. - 5.0

Just sold it for $15500. Sure glad I don’t have to depend on KBB, NADA, etc. Every body needs to go to www.shoeboxbooksandpublishing.com and buy this book “Buying A New ( or Used) Car, 5 Things Dealers Don’t Want You To Know “!
