Notes from the dealer
Analytical buyers seeking maximum features per dollar will appreciate how this coupe blends comfort, tech, and style as standard. The inclusion of the Convenience Package and Equipment Group 201A increases everyday usability with thoughtful touches like remote keyless entry and power-adjustable seats. For those in areas like Sw Mt Vernon, IA, the standard heated steering wheel and all-wheel drive add practical value in colder months, saving on aftermarket add-ons and ensuring year-round confidence.
This sports coupe delivers efficient performance and capability through its EcoBoost 2.0L I4 Turbocharged engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, providing smooth acceleration and responsive power delivery. The all-wheel-drive system contributes to confident handling in all weather conditions, while the power-to-price ratio is strong compared to similarly equipped competitors. Lower maintenance costs are likely, as the four-cylinder turbo powertrain is widely regarded for its blend of efficiency and proven reliability, helping owners save on fuel and upkeep over time.
Safety value is maximized with a comprehensive array of standard equipment. Features like ABS brakes, electronic stability control, brake assist, dual front and side impact airbags, knee airbag, and rear parking sensors are included without requiring additional packages. The inclusion of SYNC 4 911 Assist provides emergency communication capability at no added cost. This level of safety tech is often a paid upgrade on rival sports coupes, ensuring peace of mind is built into the price.
The Edge SEL comes equipped with the Convenience Package and Equipment Group 201A, bundling practical upgrades like power driver and passenger seats, heated door mirrors, and a panoramic Vista Roof. Technology features such as the 12-speaker audio system with SiriusXM 360L, SYNC 4 infotainment, and leather-wrapped heated steering wheel are standard. These features enhance daily routines and elevate cabin comfort, eliminating the need to pay extra for technology or luxury touches commonly found only in higher trims.
Against the Chevrolet Blazer and Nissan Murano, the Edge SEL consistently includes equipment as standard that rivals reserve for pricier trims. While competitors may charge extra for heated seats, panoramic roofs, or premium audio, this SUV delivers those features without added cost. The Edgeâs robust standard safety suite and all-wheel drive also give it an edge in long-term value, especially for buyers who expect more for their money in a sports coupe segment.
Standard equipment highlights include heated ActiveX-trimmed seats, a panoramic Vista Roof, dual-zone climate control, and advanced safety featuresâ"all included at the SEL level. This vehicle is worth the price for buyers prioritizing maximum comfort and technology per dollar. The SEL trim is the sweet spot for value, bundling comfort, tech, and safety features that can cost thousands more on other models.

Best Auto in My 64 Years of Owning cars

I love my edge! I bought this car in the end of 2018 and have owed it for over 6 years. NO repairs needed. I am so happy not to have had it tied up for repairs as I am a REALTOR and drive part of every day. The only thing I have had done have been service. Keeping up with oil changes is so necessary. Oh, and I did replace the tires once. - 5.0

Just sold it for $15500. Sure glad I don’t have to depend on KBB, NADA, etc. Every body needs to go to www.shoeboxbooksandpublishing.com and buy this book “Buying A New ( or Used) Car, 5 Things Dealers Don’t Want You To Know “!
