Notes from the dealer
Shoppers comparing multiple large SUVs will find the Wagoneer L particularly compelling if their priority is a seamless mix of family comfort, daily practicality, and long-distance travel capability. With heated and cooled seats in both front and second rows, plus a spacious Sea Salt/Black interior, it is perfectly suited for Midwest families who face both cold winters and humid summers, like those in Sw Mt Vernon, IA. The non-smoker, one-owner background further supports peace of mind for buyers who value a well-cared-for vehicle. Those who value an SUV that can handle everything from carpools to road trips will appreciate the thoughtfully designed cabin and flexible seating.
While other SUVs in this segment may offer a range of engine choices, this vehicleâs 3.0L I6 engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and 4WD system delivers a confident, composed driving experience across varied terrains. Unlike the Tahoe and Expedition, which may require optional upgrades for adaptive driving features, the Wagoneer L integrates auto-leveling suspension and normal duty suspension as standard. This combination results in a smooth, stable ride with responsive handling, making highway cruising and city navigation equally comfortable. The EPA-estimated 16 city and 23 highway MPG is competitive, providing both power and efficiency for families on the go.
Safety is a strong suit for the Wagoneer L, with a rich suite of active safety features included as standard. While some competitors charge extra for advanced systems, this SUV comes equipped with adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, a rear camera, and rain-sensing wipersâ"all designed to help prevent accidents before they happen. Additional features like automatic SOS call, electronic stability control, and a reverse sensing system enhance peace of mind, ensuring that both driver and passengers are protected with the latest technology. Every trip is made safer thanks to these comprehensive, built-in measures.
Packed with features that support daily convenience and luxury, the Wagoneer L Series III includes leather-trimmed bucket seats, navigation, a moonroof, heated and ventilated seating, and a heated steering wheel. The 10.1-inch Uconnect 5 Nav display and 10-speaker audio system make connectivity and entertainment effortless. Convenience Group I and Premium Group I packages further enhance comfort with power-adjustable front seats, memory settings, and a power liftgate. The dual-zone automatic climate control system and rear air conditioning ensure all passengers stay comfortable, while genuine wood accents elevate the cabinâs ambience.
Against key rivals like the Chevrolet Tahoe and Ford Expedition, the Wagoneer L distinguishes itself with a more robust set of standard luxury and safety features, particularly at the Series III trim level.
Why choose the Wagoneer L over competitors? It offers a higher level of standard technology and comfort at the Series III trim than many rivals. What does it provide that others donât? Integrated navigation, heated second-row seating, and a comprehensive suite of driver-assist features come standard, not as pricey options.

Great car
by JeepGuy on 8/31/2026 11:01:14 PM
We have had this car for three years. It’s the best car we have ever had drive wise but not in resale. Thought about getting a new one but the trade in is low which for a high priced SUV is to be expected. Experienced the same thing with the Porsche Cayenne. Cars are a money pit. - 5.0
4x4 Loaded
by DavId on 7/6/2026 7:57:32 AM
Bought 2024 loaded, 4x4, series lll, tow package, air ride, full sun roof etc.. Been traveling with 21' RV apx 8,000 pounds for rv and stuff. Averaging 10.8 mpg on largely flatter terrain. The engine is a beast! It will get it up a hill and coast effortlessly at 1680 rpm while pulling. Interrior quality speaks for itself when you look at it. Was originally looking for diesel but glad I landed here. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do. By the way, with the air ride adjustable it makes docking and un-docking easier. Must get tow package! - 5.0
Amazing car

We love our Wagoneer. It’s a heavy car with air ride suspension so it drives better than any other SUV in its class. It also has a ton of advanced tech.
