A brief synopsis of your role:
In the Detail Department, my primary responsibility is ensuring that every customer's vehicle leaves our service department looking its best. I wash and clean vehicles that come for appointments in either our Service or Quick Lane Departments, helping to provide an added touch of care that enhances the overall customer experience.
What’s the best part(s) of your job?
The best part of working at Lynch is the people. To me, Lynch feels like a second family. Every day I get to work alongside teammates who support one another and care about doing things the right way - not just for our customers, but for each other too. That family-like atmosphere makes coming to work enjoyable and rewarding, and it's what sets Lynch apart as a great place to be.
