Mike Kuntz - Shuttle Driver (1 year at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)

A brief synopsis of your role:

As a Shuttle Driver I provide safe and timely transportation for customers, assist with vehicle deliveries, and support service operations by transporting parts between departments and partner locations.

What’s the best part(s) of your job?

I truly enjoy meeting customers, and the most rewarding part of my job is assisting them with their vehicle needs through deliveries and pick-ups. I also like having the chance to drive many different makes and models.

 

Congratulations, Ben Vawter! Please join us in celebrating Ben Vawter, Quick Lane Advisor, as our December Employee of the Month! Ben has been part of the Lynch team for a total of 7 years, and this marks his third time receiving this award — a true reflection of his dedication and work ethic. Ben is always willing to step in and help without being asked, stays consistent day after day, and treats everyone with kindness and respect. We are proud to have him on our team and grateful for everything he does. Way to go, Ben — well deserved!

 

During this holiday season Lynch Ford Chevrolet will be collecting toys to be donated to the Young Parents Network (YPN). This is the 15th year Lynch has sponsored this event. If you would like to contribute please drop off your unwrapped toys in our showroom. Jakob Haugse - Detail Department (2 years at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)

A brief synopsis of your role:

In the Detail Department, my primary responsibility is ensuring that every customer's vehicle leaves our service department looking its best. I wash and clean vehicles that come for appointments in either our Service or Quick Lane Departments, helping to provide an added touch of care that enhances the overall customer experience.

What’s the best part(s) of your job?

The best part of working at Lynch is the people. To me, Lynch feels like a second family.
