Mike Jones - Internet Sales Consultant (1 year at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)
A brief synopsis of your role:
I am an Internet Sales Consultant responsible for assisting customers with vehicle inquiries online and by phone. I provide the information customers need to make an informed decision to visit the dealership and coordinate appointment scheduling. For out-of-state buyers, I deliver many of the services traditionally handled in-store by a salesperson, helping to streamline the purchasing process and make the experience as simple and convenient as possible.
What’s the best part(s) of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is helping make difficult decisions easier and assisting customers in purchasing their dream vehicle. Recently, I worked with a customer from West Fargo to purchase his Ford F-150 Tremor. While it took some time to identify the best financing option, seeing how happy he was after the effort we both invested made the experience extremely gratifying.
Hobbies, interests, fun facts/info about you?
Outside of work, I enjoy board games, photography, minor electronics repair, astronomy, video games, reading, and camping. I grew up in Colorado, which helped foster my appreciation for the outdoors and exploration.
