Nathan Miller - Quick Lane Advisor (1 year at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)

A brief synopsis of your role:

As a Quick Lane Advisor, I check in customers and oversee the services performed on their vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, and other routine maintenance.

What’s the best part(s) of your job?

I enjoy working with the team at Lynch and have built strong, positive relationships with my coworkers. I am continually learning new skills in my role, which I find both rewarding and motivating.

Gage has been a valued member of the Lynch team for 7 years and currently serves as our Mobile Service Advisor. Employees who voted for Gage commented on how he helps wherever and whenever needed. Mike Jones - Internet Sales Consultant (1 year at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)

A brief synopsis of your role:

I am an Internet Sales Consultant responsible for assisting customers with vehicle inquiries online and by phone. I provide the information customers need to make an informed decision to visit the dealership and coordinate appointment scheduling. For out-of-state buyers, I deliver many of the services traditionally handled in-store by a salesperson, helping to streamline the purchasing process and make the experience as simple and convenient as possible.

Mike Kuntz - Shuttle Driver (1 year at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)

A brief synopsis of your role:

As a Shuttle Driver I provide safe and timely transportation for customers, assist with vehicle deliveries, and support service operations by transporting parts between departments and partner locations.

What’s the best part(s) of your job?

I truly enjoy meeting customers, and the most rewarding part of my job is assisting them with their vehicle needs through deliveries and pick-ups. I also like having the chance to drive many different makes and models.

Ben has been part of the Lynch team for a total of 7 years, and this marks his third time receiving this award — a true reflection of his dedication and work ethic. Ben is always willing to step in and help without being asked, stays consistent day after day, and treats everyone with kindness and respect.
