Notes from the dealer
Analytical buyers who scrutinize spec sheets and value tangible benefits will appreciate the truckâs comprehensive standard features. The Limited trim comes equipped with heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, remote start, adjustable pedals, memory seating, Pro Trailer Backup Assist, and dual-zone climate control. These amenities cater to those who want a thoroughly equipped truck without the hassle of piecemeal option selection or hidden costs, ensuring every major comfort and tech need is addressed up front.
Performance in this truck is defined by its 3.5L V6 EcoBoost engine producing robust horsepower and torque, paired to a smooth 10-speed automatic and standard 4WD. This powertrain provides confident acceleration, high towing capability, and strong payload ratings within the segment. The EcoBoostâs efficiency translates to competitive fuel economy, helping reduce total ownership costs. Maintenance intervals and parts availability are also favorable, providing long-term value for buyers focusing on cost efficiency and reliability.
Safety value is a highlight with this model, as critical systems come standard rather than as expensive add-ons. It features a rearview camera, blind spot monitoring, electronic stability control, trailer sway control, emergency communication via SYNC 3 911 Assist, and multiple airbags. While other trucks require additional spend for similar protections, this package equips drivers with advanced safety and peace of mind from day one, maximizing the value equation for safety-conscious buyers.
The F-150 Limited includes high-end features like a B&O premium audio system, genuine wood trim, rain-sensing wipers, a power moonroof, ventilated front seats, heated steering wheel, and navigation as standard. Its Trailer Tow Package and Pro Trailer Backup Assist simplify towing without extra cost. Unlike rivals, this truck provides advanced tech integration with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and remote start built in, ensuring that convenience, connectivity, and functionality are all part of the base offering.
Against the Chevrolet Silverado High Country and Ram 1500 Limited, the F-150 Limited distinguishes itself with more standard luxury equipment and advanced trailer management technology. While competitors charge extra for navigation, premium audio, or driver-assist towing features, this truck includes them as standard, making it a standout for buyers seeking the best feature-to-price ratio in the segment.
This model answers the top value questions by including amenities like leather seats, navigation, and premium sound without requiring higher trim jumps or add-on packages. The Limited trim is the best value for buyers wanting a fully equipped vehicle.

A power house 3.5 eco!
by Scott's Beast on Friday, June 05, 2020
Although i have only had the truck a little over a month i am impressed with the 3.5 eco and the 10 speed tranny. They seem to link up nicely. The only thing I don't like about the truck is it seems to ride stiffer then my 2010 f150 i had in the past. - 5.0
2015 F-150 5.0L SCrew is the best vehicle I've own
by Gunner on Thursday, December 19, 2019
The F-150 is the Aluminum body Ford truck that came out in 2015. New Coyote 5.0L V-8 is the best engine Ford has put in their trucks. Zero problems, ZERO. Transmission has been flawless, engine never misses a beat. interior has been flawless, nothing has failed. Best F-150 ever. Period. - 5.0
I understand why they sell so many F-150s
by Tampa Tom on Saturday, November 23, 2019
This F-150 Lariat replaces an older Super Duty that was thirsty for expensive diesel fuel. I was hesitant to get the 3.5 liter eco-boost engine because the reviews seemed too good to be true, but it’s every bit as good as they say. The truck is roomy, quiet, and comfortable. I’ve had zero problems since new, and haven’t yet even opened the hood. My only concern is the seemingly hundreds of buttons, knobs and switches I cannot read, reach, or see in the dark.
