Notes from the dealer
Pragmatic buyers who prioritize reliability, durability, and high resale value will find this model especially appealing. Its robust 3.5L PowerBoost Full-Hybrid V6 delivers power for demanding tasks while offering advanced features like a spray-in bedliner and Pro Power Onboard. With 4WD and extensive comfort technology, it's well-suited for both work and family needs without compromising long-term value.
A proven powertrain sits at the heart of this truck, with the 3.5L PowerBoost Full-Hybrid V6 and 10-speed automatic transmission designed for efficiency and longevity. Owners consistently report F-150s easily surpassing the 150,000-mile mark. The hybrid system not only enhances torque for towing but also reduces engine strain, supporting a reputation for lower major repairs over time.
Active safety features such as Blind Spot Monitoring, Lane Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise, and a comprehensive 360-degree camera system help preserve your investment by reducing the risk of accidents and minimizing downtime. Electronic Stability Control and integrated trailer safety tech further enhance protection, contributing to lower potential repair costs over the truckâs lifespan.
The Platinum trim elevates usability with heated and cooled front seats, heated rear seats, leather upholstery, navigation, a twin-panel moonroof, and B&O premium audio. Packages like Ford Co-Pilot360 Active 2.0 and Max Trailer Tow boost work and daily convenience. Pro Power Onboard offers up to 7.2kW of exportable power, valuable for job sites or recreation, while BlueCruise enables hands-free highway driving.
Compared to segment rivals like the Ram 1500 Limited and Chevrolet Silverado High Country, the F-150 Platinum stands out for its hybrid technology, advanced towing features, and historically higher resale. While all three offer luxury, Fordâs reputation for reliability, coupled with the PowerBoostâs efficiency, gives it a cost-of-ownership edge over time.
Routine service, such as oil changes, is recommended at intervals of 7,500-10,000 miles with synthetic oil. Hybrid fuel economy typically reaches 24 mpg city and 24 mpg highway, reducing annual fuel costs versus non-hybrids. Fordâs warranty covers 3 years/36,000 miles bumper-to-bumper and 5 years/60,000 miles for powertrain, while the F-150âs reliability history supports minimal unexpected repairs.

Recall Hevan
by Walt on Monday, September 08, 2025
Worst vehicle ever made. If you enjoy going to the dealership ship once a month for recalls then this truck is meant for you. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a truck. FORD really does stand for fix or repair daily.....we'll monthly for the newer F150s. - 2.0

It’s an amazing truck, but we big issues .We had the truck for about 6 months and the truck battery isn’t good anymore. After an update the truck stopped charging & it doesn’t have power to run .We took it to the dealership and it’s already 1 month and they keep saying that they can’t track the parts to replace the battery., but we still paying a lot of money for the loan. Ridiculous.
