As a customer, you come into our low-pressure dealership, find your ideal new ride, sign the paperwork and you’re on your way! Our team strives to make the process quick and easy, and a large part of carrying that out is cooperation between the different corners of our sales department. We have said for years that Lynch Ford Chevrolet is selling and servicing a lot of cars in a very different way, but how exactly do we do this? Over the next few months, we will introduce you to the people who make it happen.

To have vehicles readily available for our customers, our sales managers order the inventory they see fit for our lot. They decide this by reviewing detailed reports informing us of the most in demand trim levels and options along with exterior and interior colors within each model. With the current new vehicle shortage, customers are having difficulties finding exactly what they are looking for so many are now choosing to custom order their vehicle. Custom ordering allows the customer to get the exact features and options they desire. Ford is even currently offering an extra $1,000 rebate for those choosing to custom order a new vehicle rather than taking one out of dealer inventory.Transport.jpg

So, what happens once the vehicle is received? Next we will introduce you to our detail department.
