26 Years of Excellence: Al Smith Earns Elite U.S. Army Honors

We’re proud to celebrate one of our newest Sales Consultants, Al Smith, who was recognized today by the U.S. Army for his outstanding service and achievements.
Al was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal, the Award of Excellence for Indianapolis Recruiting, and the U.S. Army Recruiting Excellence Medallion, an honor reserved for the top 5% of recruiters nationwide.
After 26 years of dedicated service and three deployments, Al recently retired from the Army and has brought that same level of commitment and excellence to our team here at Lynch Ford Chevrolet.

This is the 15th year Lynch has sponsored this event. If you would like to contribute please drop off your unwrapped toys in our showroom. Donations are being accepted from now through November 30th. Thank you for your support. Suggested items for donation:

  • Board books

  • Wood puzzles (25pc or less)

A brief synopsis of your role:

My role as a Technician focuses on servicing and maintaining fleet vehicles, as well as working on larger trucks that come through the Lynch Service Department.

What’s the best part(s) of your job?

The best part of my job is getting to do what I enjoy every day while constantly learning. As a technician, I'm always expanding my knowledge and skills when it comes to repairing vehicles.
