A brief synopsis of your role:
As a Technician, my role is to primarily work on reconditioning traded in vehicles. I also help the Quick Lane when we are really busy to keep everything running smoothly and get our customers back on the road as quickly as possible.
What’s the best part(s) of your job?
The best part of my job is getting to work alongside my dad, who's also a Technician. I learn a lot from him every day, and it's pretty special to share this experience…

Randy Miller - Shuttle Driver (1 year at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)
As a Shuttle Driver, I am responsible for transporting customers, vehicles, and occasionally parts or documents as needed by the dealership. My role involves shuttling customers to and from the dealership in a safe and timely manner while their vehicle is being serviced.
What’s the best part(s) of your job?
As a shuttle driver, one of the best parts of my job is the opportunity to meet and interact with a wide variety of people every day.


A brief synopsis of your role:
In my role within the Detail Department, I am responsible for ensuring customers' vehicles are cleaned after they have been serviced in either the Quick Lane or Service Departments. I also play a key part in preparing sold vehicles for delivery, making sure each one is spotless and showroom-ready before being handed off to the customer.
