Another important department in the process we are reviewing (how Lynch sells cars in a very different way) is our Business Development Center (BDC). This department is the ‘voice’ of Lynch when you contact us for the first time.
The BDC discusses options with potential customers who reach out via our website, phone, social media, and third-party sites like Autotrader or Cars.com. Not only does the BDC assist those in the market for a new vehicle, but they also contact those who are looking to sell or trade in their current vehicle. Lynch is partnered with Kelly Blue Book and honors the KBB instant cash offer.

Our BDC Representatives set up appointments if you wish to visit the dealership, take a test drive, or check out some vehicles of interest. Then, they hand the lead off to a salesperson, who will carry out the appointment and work directly with the you, helping you find a vehicle that fits your needs.
