Congratulations to February Employee of the Month, Jordan Goplin. Jordan has just started working at Lynch as a Service Technician. Recently he stopped on the side of the road and helped someone replace a tire in the extreme cold weather. Jordan went above and beyond to help someone out which is a true representation of our Lynch Value System. Nice work Jordan!

Congratulations to Clay McCoy who was awarded Lynch Ford Chevrolet's 2024 Employee of the Year! Clay has been working as a Service Advisor at Lynch for the past 2 years. Employees that voted for Clay commented on how he is always willing to go above and beyond, whether it is to help out a customer or a fellow teammate. He is hardworking, dependable, truly cares about providing a phenomenal customer experience for his customers.

JR Dvorak - (First Year at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)

A brief synopsis of your role:

In my position as a Sales Consultant I help customers find the perfect vehicle for them by making sure the vehicle meets their wants, needs and budget. 

What’s the best part(s) of your job?

One of the favorite parts of my job is when a customer comes in with no idea of what they want and I am able to find them something that exceeds their expectations. The people I work with make the job fun and I've learned a lot from them…

Codie Yeisley - (2 years at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)

A brief synopsis of your role:

I currently work in the Quick Lane doing basic maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, replacing brakes and tires, and alignments.

What’s the best part(s) of your job?

I like that I am always learning something new and working with others who encourage me to be my best. It is great to have the opportunity to work on all different types of vehicles.

Congratulations to December Employee of the Month, Kevin Soberanis. Kevin has been working as a Service Technician at Lynch for the past two years and has recently joined the Mobile Service Team. He is always willing to be of assistance if there is a need to help translate for a customer whether it is in the Service or Sales Department. Kevin also has been a great addition to our Mobile Service Department and is helping take it to the next level. Nice job Kevin!

Our customers, members of our community, and employees generously donated a record number of toys this year to our "Stuff the Truck" for the Young Parents Network (YPN). This is the 14th year Lynch Ford Chevrolet has sponsored this event to help YPN support over 100 young families in our community. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to this wonderful organization!

Lynch employees volunteered this past week at the Southeast Linn Community Center and helped pack over 160 holiday food boxes to be distributed in the area for Thanksgiving.

Charlotte Hand - (2 years at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)

A brief synopsis of your role:

As a Cashier, I assist our customers by collecting and processing their payment for the repairs or parts they are purchasing.

What’s the best part(s) of your job?

I enjoy meeting and interacting with our customers on a daily basis. 

Hobbies, interests, fun facts/info about you?

I am a senior at Mt Vernon High School. Some of my activities I am involved in is ballet, where I'm on pointe, and I also play the clarinet in marching band.
