A brief synopsis of your role:
In addition to serving our customers, I am the Service Advisor for the used car shop. I have the pleasure of working with the vehicles we receive through trade-in and direct purchase (go to our website and click Sell Us Your Car to see what your car is worth!) and getting them reconditioned so they are available for sale.

Janice is positive influence and always works hard to make sure that Lynch's customers are taken care of in an efficient manner. Liz has worked at Lynch for the past 3 years as a Quick Lane Advisor and has been working in the automotive industry since 2016.
Liz says the part she likes the most about her job is the customer service part, helping people and meeting new people every day. In her new position she is the most excited to work with customers on a more personal level and help technicians and advisors grow in their own career…
Alex Chapman - (1 year at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)
A brief synopsis of your role:
As a Quick Lane Technician I perform basic maintenance, such as oil changes, new tires/tire rotations, flat repairs, brakes, etc. to customer's vehicles.
We have great employees and I really enjoy working with them everyday. Everybody is always willing to help when needed.
I volunteer with an animal rescue group rescuing lost or dumped dogs. I also enjoy attending car shows and playing my guitar.
Congratulations to Jeremy Bettcher for being nominated as July's Lynch Employee of the Month! He has been working at Lynch for the past 25 years as a Quality Repair Specialist. This is the fourth time Jeremy has won this award. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to Lynch, congrats Jeremy!

A brief synopsis of your role:
As a Parts Advisor I work with our technicians to get the parts they need to get our customer's vehicles back on the road.
We have great employees and customers that make it fun to come to work. Our Parts Department has over 100 years of combined experience.
In my free time, I enjoy kayaking, wood working, reading, and helping others.
Congratulations to Keith Colton on his retirement today from Lynch Ford Chevrolet. Keith has been the Commercial Account Manager at Lynch for the past 15 years. In total, Keith has been in the automotive industry for 27 years. Thank you for your devotion to Lynch and best wishes on a well-deserved retirement!
