A brief synopsis of your role:

As a Sales Consultant, I get to work with customers to help them find the vehicle that fits them best. I get to assist others by answering questions, making suggestions, and providing the easiest and most welcoming experience possible. 

What’s the best part(s) of your job?

I love having the opportunity to meet new people, build strong relationships, and make important connections. My relationships with both coworkers and customers are very important to me.

Congratulations to Andrew Greco who has been awarded Employee of the Month for May. Andrew has been a Sales Consultant at Lynch for the past 5 years. He is always in good spirits and is a great team player. Andrew's phenomenal attitude is appreciated by everyone at Lynch. Congrats Andrew and thank you for all you do!

Penelope Vig - Cashier

Penelope Vig - (2 years at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)

A brief synopsis of your role:

My responsibilities as a Cashier include taking payment from customers for their service work on their vehicle along with a lot more "behind the scenes" paperwork.

What’s the best part(s) of your job?

I like seeing all of the different people. Some I know and some are very charismatic and charming (especially when its been a long day).

Jack Russ - Quick Lane Technician

Jack Russ - (2 years at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)

A brief synopsis of your role:

My responsiblities as a Quick Lane Technician include oil changes, tire rotations, tire repairs and replacements. I also do alignments and basic vehicle maintenance.

What’s the best part(s) of your job?

The best part of my job is getting to work with like minded people and always learning new things.

Hobbies, interests, fun facts/info about you?

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, hanging out with friends and working on friend's cars. 

On February 17th, Lynch Ford Chevrolet had a successful night at the Annual Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl For Kid's Sake Fundraiser. This is the 20th year Lynch employees have participated, and in total we have raised $28,527 over the years for Big Brothers Big Sisters through bowling. Thank you to everyone who contributed and participated in this event!

James Daily - (2 years at Lynch Ford Chevrolet)

A brief synopsis of your role:

In my role as Service Advisor I get to assist customer with maintenance on their vehicles. Another large part of my position is to get the vehicles we receive through trade-in reconditioned and ready to be sold on our lot.

What’s the best part(s) of your job?

The best part of my job is the people I get to work with. Between the employees and the customers I look forward to coming to work every day.

As a Quick Lane Advisor I assist in processing customer's vehicles for oil changes, tire rotations and other routine maintenance services.

My favorite parts of my job is working in a positive workplace environment.
